Deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled or changed prior to 28 days before booking date.  After that time, deposit refund is at the sole discretion of Management with a 20% administration charge deducted.

Check in from 2pm to 7pm.

Check out from rooms is 11am.  Luggage can be stored for afternoon ferry departures.  Late check out available at 50% of room rate.

Only Registered Guests are permitted on site.

Smoking is not permitted in-house.  If you wish to smoke, please ask about outdoor areas designated for smoking.

Alcohol - we want you to enjoy your stay.  We also want other guests to enjoy their stay.  Alcohol is permitted in moderation, for the comfort of all guests, and at the discretion of management. 

Noise levels should be respectful of neighbors and other guests
